Custom Jewelry Orders

 

Every Opal & Daisy keepsake is handcrafted and made to order. After we receive full payment, your custom jewelry setting will be made by our trusted jeweler — this can take 4–8 weeks, and occasionally up to 12 weeks.

 

To avoid delays, please ensure we receive your inclusions (e.g., breastmilk, ashes, etc.) before the setting arrives so we can begin creating your piece right away.

 

Please note: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final due to the custom nature of our work.

Turnaround Time

 

We work as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

• Jewelry items: The wait time mostly depends on how soon the setting arrives from the jeweler.

• Non-jewelry items: Turnaround begins once we receive your inclusions.

 

If you’re working with a tight deadline, contact us — we’ll do our best to help.

Inclusions

 

You may add an Inclusion Kit to your order. It includes easy instructions and a prepaid return label for your convenience.​

 

Please do not send the last of any inclusion. While rare, shipping issues can happen, and your keepsakes are too precious to risk.

 

We return any unused materials (except breastmilk) with your final piece.

Shipping

 

We ship all orders via USPS with standard delivery times of 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your item is shipped.

 

Sending fresh flowers? We’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to safely package and expedite them.

​*For breastmilk keepsakes, please provide 1 ounce of breastmilk to be preserved. Milk can be fresh, expired or frozen- as long as it has been properly stored in a sealed bag. It is recommended to double/triple bag your milk in case of spill during shipment.

Materials & Craftsmanship

 

We use only the highest quality resin, blending UV and epoxy resin depending on your piece.

 

Resin is a powerful, artistic medium — but also highly sensitive. It takes skill, experience, and patience to achieve the clarity and durability your keepsake deserves.

 

Each piece comes with care instructions to help preserve its beauty for years to come.
